 Q. How can I pay for my order?

A. We accept all major Credit Cards and Paypal. You can also send payment via Postal Order / Cheque or Bank Transfer.

Q. Do I need a Paypal account to order?

A. Absolutely not. We use Paypal as a secure means to process our card payments but you can order without a Paypal account.

Q. Do prices include VAT

A. All our prices include VAT (where applicable).

Q. Will I receive a VAT Receipt?

A. Yes, you will receive a VAT Receipt.

Q. I have a Discount code, how do I use it?

A. You will be presented with a Discount code box on Checkout, please enter any valid Discount codes at this point.



Q. Have you received my order?

A. As soon as your order has been placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email from us.

Q. Is it safe ordering online?

A. We take your online security very seriously. Our website is as safe as it can be and we do not store any card details.
