A. Yes, we only do Super Fast shipping using the very best courier services. Most orders are delivered the following day.

 

Q. How quickly will my order be dispatched?

A. All orders are dispatched the same day (unless exceptional circumstances).

 

Q. Do you ship worldwide?

A. Yes, we can ship anywhere in the world.

 

Q. How much do you charge for postage?

A. You can check the postage cost before purchasing on our website. We only charge the price our couriers charge us.

 

Q. Do you charge for Packaging Costs?

A. No, we do not charge for packaging costs.

 

Q. Which courier service do use for delivery?

A. We use Royal Mail or DHL to deliver our orders.

 

Q. How can I track the status of my order?

A. We will confirm your order by email and notify you once your order is dispatched.

 

Q. Can I get my order delivered to an address other than the billing address?

A. Yes, you can choose a different delivery address when ordering.

 

Q. My order has not arrived, what can I do?

A. Please check that the courier has not left a calling card. All orders are trackable so we can very easily check the location of any shipments.

 

Q. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

A. We do not offer this service. Payment needs to be made before we ship.
